This series includes training in the Acceptance & Motivation Inquiry (AMI), a structured approach to therapeutic assessment and engagement designed to deepen motivation, clarify resistance, and support intentional growth.

A structured introduction to meditation, including posture, breath awareness, common obstacles, and the neuroscience of practice.

2. Breath as a Bridge

A focused workshop on nervous system regulation, vagal tone, and breath-based practices for grounding and resilience.

3. Attention & Choice

An advanced exploration of how attention shapes experience — integrating mindfulness with cognitive flexibility and values-based action.

Structured clinical training in the Acceptance & Motivation Inquiry (AMI) framework.
AMI is a presence-based assessment and engagement model designed to clarify motivation, identify resistance patterns, and strengthen therapeutic direction. These workshops integrate theory, case application, and practical tools clinicians can immediately implement in practice.
Available in foundational, advanced, and intensive formats.

AMI Level I

Foundations

Introduction to the Acceptance & Motivation Inquiry framework.
Focus: assessment structure, motivational clarity, and client engagement.

AMI Level II

Clinical Application

Case integration, resistance patterns, advanced assessment, and treatment alignment.

AMI Level III

AMI Certification Intensive

Live case review, supervised application, and structured evaluation of AMI proficiency.

AMI Case Consultation Sessions

Focused 60–90 minute consultation sessions for clinicians applying AMI in practice.
