Understanding Anxiety (1 of 3)

A foundational workshop on the biology, psychology, and function of anxiety.
Participants learn how anxiety operates in the nervous system and how patterns become reinforced.

The Power of the Pause (2 of 3)

A practical, skills-based workshop focused on shifting from reaction to response.
Includes mindfulness tools, cognitive reframing, and urge-surfing strategies.

Regulation and Recovery (3 of 3)

A values-based workshop integrating exposure principles, behavioral activation, and intentional action.
