Supervision

A Space to Grow Your Clinical Self

Not just your clinical skills.

Depth · Presence · Practice

Supervision at A Key Therapy is reflective, integrative, and relational. We attend not only to technique, but to the evolving identity of the clinician — case conceptualization, ethical reasoning, countertransference, and the quality of therapeutic presence that makes clinical work transformative rather than merely competent.

Supervision Tiers

Pro Bono

Mentorship for Social Workers

Because access to good supervision shouldn't depend on where you started.

A limited number of pro bono mentorship slots are available for social workers early in their career — particularly those navigating underserved communities, complex caseloads, or limited institutional support. Sessions focus on clinical grounding, professional identity, and sustainable practice.

Through one-on-one sessions, you will gain insights, strategies, and support designed to strengthen your skills, deepen your practice, and build confidence in your career path.

LMSW Supervision

Individual Supervision Toward Licensure

For the clinician you are becoming.

Individual supervision sessions for Licensed Master Social Workers working toward their LCSW. Sessions are structured, clinically rigorous, and tailored to your caseload, modalities, and professional goals — integrating case consultation, theoretical depth, and reflective practice.

Hours count toward LCSW licensure

Documentation provided in compliance with New York State licensing requirements. Available individually or as a structured supervision package.

New York State requires 3,000 hours of post-MSW supervised experience for LCSW licensure. Supervision with Lex Santí, LCSW counts toward this requirement.

LMSW Group Supervision

Group Consultation & Peer Learning

The clinical room as community.

Small-group supervision for LMSWs working toward licensure. Group sessions create space for peer learning, shared case consultation, and the kind of collegial reflection that individual supervision alone cannot provide. Groups are kept intentionally small to preserve depth.

Documentation provided in compliance with New York State licensing requirements. Lex will document your paperwork, keep track of your hours, and you are welcome to join group supervision sessions.

LCSW Consultation

Peer Consultation for Licensed Clinicians

For those who want to keep growing after the license arrives.

Ongoing consultation for Licensed Clinical Social Workers seeking continued clinical development — complex case review, ethical consultation, practice-building guidance, or integration of advanced modalities including the AMI framework.

Available as individual sessions or an ongoing consultation arrangement. Benefit from extensive knowledge and experience in both academic and private practice settings.
