A Key Therapy’s Women’s Health Coaching offerings provide educational, embodiment-focused support for women across life stages.
These group-based drop-ins and workshops focus on body literacy, strength, nervous system awareness, and sustainable wellness practices. Sessions are coaching-based and educational in nature and are not medical or physical therapy services.
Participants leave with greater clarity, practical tools, and a deeper connection to their bodies.

DROP-IN SESSIONS
These are lower commitment, recurring offerings.

A guided session combining gentle mobility, breathwork, and nervous system regulation practices designed to restore steadiness and physical awareness.

2️⃣ Cycle Awareness Circle

Educational discussion and reflective coaching on hormonal cycles, energy rhythms, and aligning lifestyle with physiology.

3️⃣ Postpartum Grounding Session

Supportive drop-in space for mothers navigating recovery, identity shifts, and embodied reintegration (non-clinical, educational focus).

Our Women’s Health Workshops are coaching-based, educational programs designed to support women in developing greater awareness of their bodies, cycles, strength, and energy across life stages.
These workshops focus on body literacy, nervous system regulation, movement foundations, and sustainable wellness practices. Participants learn how stress, hormones, recovery, and strength interact — and how to make informed, aligned choices that support long-term wellbeing.
Workshops are practical, reflective, and grounded in science, while remaining accessible and supportive. Sessions may include guided discussion, movement education, breath-based regulation practices, and structured coaching exercises.
This is not medical care or physical therapy.
It is informed, intentional education designed to help women feel more capable, confident, and connected to their bodies.
