Our Team
A Key Therapy is a collective of clinicians who approach this work not simply as a profession, but as a sustained commitment.
Each member of our team is highly trained, licensed, and engaged in ongoing supervision and professional development. We practice from evidence-based frameworks and maintain rigorous ethical standards. Clinical excellence is not optional — it is foundational.
But skill alone is not enough.
We believe therapy requires personal depth. Our clinicians are individuals who are committed to their own reflective practice — to examining their patterns, understanding their histories, and continuing their own growth. We do not ask clients to do work we are unwilling to do ourselves.

For many of us, this field is not merely a career. It is a vocation — a life’s work centered on understanding human complexity, relieving suffering, and cultivating meaning. Some traditions might call this dharma: a path aligned with one’s deeper purpose. We understand it as responsibility, dedication, and ongoing practice.
We value humility as much as expertise. Curiosity as much as knowledge. Steadiness as much as insight.
As our practice grows, we remain committed to building a team of clinicians who:
-
Work collaboratively and thoughtfully
-
Prioritize relational depth
-
Value mindfulness and presence
-
Engage in continual learning
-
Approach this work with seriousness and care
When you meet with one of us, you are meeting someone who takes this responsibility personally — and who understands that healing unfolds in relationship.
