WOMEN'S HEALTH COACH · A KEY THERAPY

Shona Craig

DPT · PWCS · CLT · RYT 500

Dr. Shona Craig is a women’s health coach, licensed physical therapist, therapeutic yoga teacher, and mother of two whose work bridges conventional medical knowledge with a holistic understanding of the human being. She is especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, the menstrual years, perimenopause, and menopause—meaningful transitions when the body is changing and thoughtful, individualized support can make a profound difference. Her own experience of motherhood has deepened her appreciation for the physical, emotional, and practical realities women navigate while caring for themselves and others.

Throughout her clinical career, Shona has worked extensively with pelvic health, breast and chest conditions, lymphedema, musculoskeletal concerns, post-surgical recovery, and the effects of cancer treatment. She has a particular interest in the connections among digestion, pelvic health, hormones, and the nervous system. Her integrative approach draws from pelvic floor therapy, myofascial and manual techniques, craniosacral and visceral work, mindfulness, Ayurveda, therapeutic yoga, and restorative movement. Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, she considers the relationships among the body, nervous system, emotions, life experiences, and environment.

As A Key Therapy’s women’s health coach, Shona offers a warm, informed space for women to slow down, better understand what their bodies are communicating, and navigate life’s changes with greater confidence and self-trust. Her therapeutic yoga practice is alignment-based and adaptable, blending mindful movement, restorative practices, and gentle flow. At the heart of her work is a belief that knowledge and compassionate attention can help women develop a deeper, more enduring connection to their bodies and their own inner wisdom.
