Lex E. Santí is the founder and clinical director of A Key Therapy, a presence-based
psychotherapy practice integrating clinical rigor, mindfulness, and narrative depth.


He came to clinical social work after Peace Corps service in Romania, literary journal
editing, and an MFA in Creative Writing from George Mason University. His path into
therapy was intentional — shaped by years of inquiry into identity, meaning, and the
conditions that allow people to change.
