About A Key Therapy
A Key Therapy LCSW, PLLC is a mindfulness-based group therapy practice offering secure telehealth across New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Virginia. Founded by Lex E. Santí, LCSW, the practice works with students, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, life transitions, and identity questions — with mindfulness-based therapy as the specialty, not a side offering.
The practice launched September 4, 2026, based in Trumansburg, NY.
About the Founder
Lex E. Santí, LCSW, is the founder and Clinical Director of A Key Therapy. Before launching the practice, he spent four years as a generalist therapist at Cornell Health CAPS, following earlier work in university crisis response and community mental health. He holds an MSW from Washington University in St. Louis, is a DSW candidate at the University of Kentucky, and is the author of the novel The Song of the Midnight Rider. He also developed the Acceptance and Motivation Inquiry (AMI), a psychometric instrument currently in validation research.
