Therapist, Adolescents and Young Adults
LMSW · Telehealth, New York · Part-time to start, with room to grow

We are looking for an LMSW whose caseload centers on adolescents and young adults, roughly ages 14 to 26. That span includes the stretch most practices split in half: high school, the move out of the family home, college, and the years right after, along with the students who pause or leave and come back.

You would see clients individually by secure telehealth, work with parents and guardians where it is clinically appropriate, and coordinate with schools and outside providers when a case calls for it.

What we are looking for

  • Current LMSW licensure in New York, in good standing

  • Direct clinical experience with adolescents, young adults, or both

  • Comfort working with families and guardians, including consent, confidentiality, and the conversations where those two collide

  • Current New York mandated reporter training, or willingness to complete it before your start date

  • Interest in mindfulness-based practice. You do not need a formal contemplative background, but you do need to want to build one

  • Timely, clinically useful documentation. We will teach you our format

What we offer

  • Clinical supervision toward LCSW licensure, provided in house and not billed back to you

  • A mindfulness-based training culture, including curriculum built by the practice

  • A caseload sized to be sustainable rather than survivable

  • Compensation as a percentage of collections, with a step up at licensure

  • Insurance credentialing handled through the practice

  • Telehealth from wherever you are in New York

  • Apply through the application form. Select this role under Position applying, and upload your resume or CV.

  • In the personal statement, tell us about a case that taught you something. No cover letter formula required.

  • Applications are accepted through the form only.
