Senior Clinician and Clinical Supervisor

This role is different from the two above. We are not looking for someone to supervise. We are looking for someone who has already done the long middle of this work and wants a place to practice it without an agency sitting on top of them.
You would carry your own caseload, set your own clinical approach within the practice's mindfulness-based frame, and, if you want it, supervise LMSWs toward licensure and be paid for that time rather than absorbing it. Our clinical director supervises in New York and Delaware today, and the constraint on how many early-career clinicians we can bring in is how many hours one supervisor has. A second supervisor changes what this practice can become.
We are also building capacity in New Jersey, Delaware, and Virginia. If you hold licensure in any of those states, say so in your first line.
What we are looking for

LCSW in good standing, three or more years post-licensure

Licensure in New York, New Jersey, Delaware, or Virginia. More than one is a significant advantage

A developed clinical point of view you can articulate, and the willingness to have it questioned in consultation

Interest in mindfulness-based practice, whether that is where you trained or where you have arrived

For the supervisory track: eligibility to supervise toward licensure in your state, and genuine interest in teaching. Supervision is optional in this role and paid when you take it on
