Yoga and Meditation Instructor
Contract · Remote · By the session or series
This role is not a clinical position and does not require a license. We run a workshop program alongside the therapy practice, including Meditation 101, and we are looking for an instructor to lead sessions in it.
The work is teaching practice, not treating people. You would lead guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement for groups of adults and students, live online and sometimes recorded for the course library. Some participants come to us through the therapy practice, so the room may include people working through anxiety, grief, or burnout. You do not treat any of that. You teach the practice and hold the space, and anything clinical gets handed to a clinician.
What we are looking for
-
A recognized teaching certification in yoga, meditation, or both. A 200-hour registration or equivalent contemplative training is the baseline
-
Experience teaching online, or willingness to learn quickly. Teaching to a grid of faces is a different skill than teaching to a room
-
Trauma-informed teaching practice: invitational language, genuine opt-outs, no hands-on adjustments, no pushing through
-
Comfort teaching mixed-ability groups, including people who have never sat or moved this way before
-
Your own liability insurance, or willingness to be added to ours before your first session
-
Clear understanding that this role is not therapy and does not include giving clinical or mental health advice
What we offer
-
A standing slot in an established workshop program rather than building an audience from nothing
-
Creative say in what you teach. We are not handing you a script
-
Recording and hosting handled by the practice for anything that goes into the course library
-
Room to grow into a longer series if it works for both of us
-
Apply through the application form. Select this role under Position applying, and upload your resume or CV.
-
In the personal statement, tell us about a case that taught you something. No cover letter formula required.

Applications are accepted through the form only.
